01

Coordinate electrical needs early

Early planning lets the project team compare service capacity, distribution, lighting, controls, and equipment loads before field changes become expensive. The electrical plan should reflect how the building will actually operate.

02

Efficiency is a system decision

Efficient fixtures and equipment help, but operating schedules, control zones, commissioning, and user needs also influence performance. Product labels alone do not establish the outcome for a completed building.

03

Leave a usable closeout record

Final documentation should identify installed equipment, control intent, approved changes, and outstanding responsibilities. That record supports training, maintenance, and later expansion without guessing at the original design.
